yeah craaazy, but sorry no one's selling it haha. my friend cubed one and just wondering how much it would be if it were to be sold in deme. she's gonna cube it again though cuz she wants str x)

If no one's selling it, why do you need a p/c? If anything, I would probably recommend she sell it to some thief class that needs luk for 6-7bilish more or less, and buy an att %STR cape with I'm guessing unique stats for less, but then the only problem is finding one.. so.

After seeing unique items of 9/9/6 and 9/6/9. It's safe to assume you can get top % on each line, meaning 18% on a 31-70 item.

May I ask how you get 15% on a PAC? The unique % would be a combination of 6s and 4s.
