This is really strange
Not complaining, but I was very shocked when my 2nd pendent slot was unlocked when I never even bought the slot in my life. I dont know if it's permanent but how did this happen?

freud pendant event unlocks it for 7 or 14 days I forgot
Probably the sylph pendant event. It gives out a free 2 week pendant slot.
