Not an event and its in GMS too.
In Temple of time you can find a strange ornate chest and buy stuff in there for 10k, although most people camp it and buy out all the items because they have a stock so you're stuck with magnifying glasses and transformation potions.

It's 10 all stats ad the buff is 12 att/m. att. The dark ones only are 6 all stats and 10 att/m. att. Plus, the white ones are much rarer.
Dude take it 20k is only 1b dude thats like 1/3 the price of it.
I saw a gentlemen selling it for 700k nx.
