Seems most helped you on build so ill toss my 2 cents in my range fully buffed at 185 is 115K not the best i know </3 but their is a example should be around 100k or so

Always put 1 point into your attacks, then put points into passives, then focus on your buffs. After that max your attacks to what you see fit.
Im lvl 188 and i have a 75k ranged buffed (without shadowmeld, and 150 hyper)

get 1 sp in all att's beside's sudden raid. then max final cut straight away and try to get 50% buff. then sharpness after that go for thorns for the 30 att and the stance wich is very usefull. then go for mastery and after that it doesnt matter much on wich skill u put it. if ur training go for bf bossing phantom blow.

I recommend starting off by putting 1 SP in each attack skiilll. Than max your passives and after that, your buffs. Once your done with that you can decide what ever else to max.
Also I'm level 182 and my range is 110k Full buffed.

:O what would you recommend on maxing first? & yes that helps a lot haha. Thank youu

if youre mostly training at evo and dipq then id put 1 in blade fury first as you just sort of sit there spamming that, and then put one per level in each final cut, dual wield expert and thorns, thats just what i would do though
