It looks like the thief damage range thread is REALLY outdated.
Can some of you NLs here post your range and level so I have a gist of where I am?

Update 508k fully buffed now(with hypers) finally broke 500k ... gotta get there without hypers an set some new goals ....
Level 208, 584k buffed without hypers. Most equips are 6% luck so I've still got a lot to upgrade!
Back down to 357k range working my way back up!

2m~2m clean db... nl gear gives me the same. Average range for a active+smart player seems to be 300~350k. But its my opinion.

I'm 166 with 35k clean, 45k self buffed. If I use my emp gear, it's the same as my other gear. Clean Emp vs. 8att pants+cra top+113att claw. My things need cubing. I'm so bad.

I'm at 620k range buffed with top 50 dojo gloves, no hypers, no totems. 6.5K LUK Feels like its super hard to upgrade without spending 5b+ per item @_@

That's an unfortunate number.
522k with plain mw30 and dark harmony. Still tons of room for improvement.
lvl 210, 627k buffed (just MW30 and dark harmony)

Now when people say self buffed, are they referring to with hypers or without, since they're on cd half the time? And are they talking about with mpe potions since you use them all the time or not?

Do you really get that much of a damage boost from leveling up to ~200?
I'm lvl 160 8x,xxx-10x,xxx clean. 3 set ra, 208 att terminus claw with 20% att, full reinforced gollux set, and i think 52%luk.

Guess I needa really start getting attack set bonuses if I wanna maximize my range If I recall correctly a 72 atk lidium heart added 70k to my clean range o.o *was just gonna cube for more luk% during miracle time...*
