What kind of range do I need for hard gollux?

What kind of range I would need to finish hard gollux? Thanks in advance!

Turns out I can't solo hard gollux guys. I have about 270k range buff with 114% boss and 63% PDR. It was mainly because I missed like half the time. I'm only level 156. Anyone happen to know when I'll be able to hit Hard gollux without missing so much?

@TripleBladez: right. I used 5 before when I calculated 1m then slipped my mind when I recalculated later and I got confused... CL can deal with mobs when they're quite close but I usually use Blizzard and FO for them (or a quick GC to kill 2). I would think any mobbing ranged attacker should have an easy time though....that's almost just Mages, huh now that I think about it

@GoXDS: QT would be 8.5 (5 * 1.7x). Not sure how I/L's handle the summons (can Chain Lightning reach the other side?), but NL's can just stay ranged and attack with Mark of Night Lord handling the summons on the opposing side. They're one of the few classes that have an easy time fighting Gollux.

asking simply for range isn't gonna help you without knowing what %Boss and %Ignore the person recommending had.
you can just see in the examples above my comment. last 2 had a HUGE difference in range, and yet the one with higher range finished slower cause of that %Boss difference.
dmg output is far more useful information and not incomplete. wait....the math doesn't come out right for that 200k range to be finishing that fast *shrug* point still stands that you're gonna get huge range of ranges since you don't know the %Boss/%Ignore usually
should maybe take just ~1m per line (non-SP) to do within 30 min barely. I personally finish ~10 min doing ~2.7m per line of CL (x7 per attack vs QT's 6.8 per at a faster rate).

I have a 320k buffed range, 134% boss, and 159% pdr, and it takes about 16 minutes to kill hard gollux (0 deaths). Using the 20% boss damage pots help a lot (the ones that cost 30 pennies). Only a 220k range is required to do it, though.
Around a 200k is suffice on a nightlord if you know what you're doing I could do it with a 220k and ~80% boss and ~100 pdr For an easier time 400k is what most classes seem to require x3
