Help me decide if i should cube my bonus pot and normal pot?

This is my claw and I only have 12 bonus pot cubes left.. Should I cube or keep this for like more att% or boss?
Although I'm not toing to cube my normal potential right now, I was wondering if I should? And if I should, then what for?

21% luk secondary with 6% attack bonus pot
9%att emblem 6% total dmg (might be 9%? idk) and 6% luk emblem with 6% total and 3% luk bonus pot
The thing is I just came back to maple and Idk when these bonus pot cubes come back.. Is the event rare? Idk whether if i should be stocking up on these cubes or not
well it would help to know the stats of your other equips, mainly secondary & emblem
