What should I upgrade?
My goal for my level 133 demon slayer is to hit 100k with demon impact each hit so far I can only hit 70k-80k
My equips are mostly collected quest/event stuff that don't have potential, I also have all mastery books except infernal crapcussion and maple warrior
11 str mesoranger shadow helmet (might replace with von bon head)
13 str mesoranger shadow overall
4 str 1 atk mesoranger glove
2% str sneaker (can't find mesoranger shoe)
Crappy 110 attack evil bane (saving up for lionheart 1h mace)
Neo city time traveller medal
Ephina's ring
Str ll and Str lll ring
3% str half earring
Traveller's wing glasses
3% str belt
So yeah I basically have crap but I got 50m to spare

just get a high attack weapon and you're good, at least if you have dark meta max, this will give a bigger damage boost than maxing demon impact
such a high dmg for those crap equips! :O

Event farming, and get yourself a cheap, clean (maybe below-average if funding gets really tight and you get impatient) Empress set (minus the cape). Use untradeable items (100% potential scrolls, etc) on your own items and pray for a nice bonus. Or, if you're patient, sell the service to someone else. You can simply rake in the mesos if you're good at this sort of thing.
That's what I did, anyway, with zero funding in the beginning (service-selling aside). It takes time, though-- I was only able to afford the clean set about four months after I started farming and selling event items.
Also, I'd recommend using seven 100% ATT scrolls (from in-town NPCs) to scroll the Bane, especially if funds are too low to get an Empress weapon. It won't last in the long run, of course, but it's a pretty nice bonus to have for now.
Also, having a level 100+ Cygnus Knight helps A LOT, since they give an easy 20-24att boost to all other characters. I recommend you make one that you wouldn't mind playing after their Revamp, so you have a reason to play on it other than the ATT boost and UAs.
In the long run, I'd recommend saving up some one-time-event items and selling them when they inflate. There were some dirt-cheap items back in the day that are worth billions now.
4% shoe, 6% earing, 4% belt, reverse 1h mace/axe+azwan, 8 atk wg. That'll upgrade ya a bit
I'd say skip the empress mace and look for loveless since you aren't getting the full set. In bera a loveless mace/axe can go for like 75m at its lowest and is more attack then empress.
Maybe a 3% Str tempest ring (maybe 30m). Also you didn't mention if you maxed impact,meta, and barricade mastery those are more important
