I THINK I MESSED UP
Hey guys so today i was gonna do some marvel and since i haven't played in a long time. So i went on PC Game supply and bought a pre-paid card (Paysafe Card 10$) and little did i know that i bought the wrong one because i can't use these cards in Canada? Whenever i go to redeem it in the nx options it doesn't show up and now i have this card code that can't be used at all, essentially a waste of money. If anyone could help that would be great!

You can contact their customer support (pcgamesupply) and explain your situation. Last time I made this mistake. I told them and they said they would refund assuming the card was not redeemed. After about a week I received my refund
@sasori5: I'm sorry. It's supposed to be "more methods." If you don't see it, it could either not be there or have trouble loading. Go to http://imgur.com/AVddZyd (more methods) and then click http://imgur.com/qN8Pg8k (show more methods) to find the paysafe option.

@sasori5: Hello. I found the option from US. I went to "purchase nx," then "more methods," and once it loaded, I clicked "show more methods" in the menu http://imgur.com/i8US8b5 I hope this helps.

You can try this, but bear in mind in almost all cases, prepaid cards are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Try to sort it out with PC game supply maybe? contact their customer support and hopefully you can get credit to switch it to a karma card. I dont know best you could do atm, try that out. Hope it works out for you~ Also if its still on their guide, send a ticket if the 1st option doesnt work out, maybe they can compensate you some how if anything.
Well, they have it in the Purchase Nx guide as one of their options?
If Nexon doesn't take it, there's nothing you can do.
