Level up glitch?
Not sure if this is from some event, but when I leveled up on my Cygnus just now, I started off with 10% already.

Only Cygnus Knights are able to start off at 10%. No other class can.
I wish it was for all classes :C after leveling alot on my dw, it seems kinda depressing leveling on everything else thinking that I wont get the extra 10%
Not an event. It was designed to make Cygnus classes faster, since they're now recognized as an intermediate class.
Yep, it's basically an event to encourage UAs and people playing Cygnus knights.
At least that's what I've heard. But yea, every time u lvl (until idk when) you'll get a free 10% XP
