Response to 3 month old ticket

Took them that long to even acknowledge my ticket. Lost over $100 worth of stuff, even listed everything I lost in my ticket to fine detail to help them out. Oh well, at least the ticket is still open. .____.

I know right...the ticket was about the MTS exploit too, and tons of people were compensated several months before, but not all of them, including me. D:
Its not helping either that there's tons of people lying, trying to get some NX, and just clogging up the customer service...
