Mercedes and Some Help

So i made a boy mercedes and tbh it looks like turd so i have some nx to use some coupons on it, but i was wonderinf if it is possible to change the face and hair if we get coupons from the cash shop? This question might seem stupid but i havent seen one person with a different look and i dont want to waste 5.1k nx to just see a window saying "sorry you cant do that"

I don't see why you couldn't change it, it's just like changing stater hair on any other class, and I've heard it's totally possible, i just can't confirm that it is.
