Just look at the background, looks like big stage lights. It also looks like he's holding something to his face, and his arm is back as if he's singing/announcing something. I'm not 100% sure that it's a guy though, because the hair is tied up and some Maplestory NPC guys have tied up hair.
EDIT: Is he facing towards the lights or not? o.o

Oh, I just noticed that too! I thought that was hair because it has string or something on it, but it actually looks like a spear.
