Are we getting those SP resets/reset scrolls?

So, when are we getting those so-called SP Resets? On the 11th day? Because I already missed my 2nd job's HP increasing skill (if we're not getting those SP resets I gotta lv 3 times to get that thing max.)

EDIT: I found one bug: when I click Dimensional Mirror and click Cancel, after that I can't click anything..
