What should I do about a bone popping out of my finger?
I've had a bone popping out of finger since last year. It hurts when I apply pressure on it and makes some tasks a pain to do. Its located near the bottom of my middle finger and top of my palm. I have no clue what to do, I don't want to go to the doctors because I'm afraid its not that severe. My parents say its normal and I should just leave it alone. Apparently it will eventually go away but its been a year and it hurts to do tasks that require me to grab. I've tried popping it back into place, but its hurts like crazy. What should I do?
edit1: It's almost like a tiny ball, I can move it around.

I have some extra bone growth on my left arm, and I never fell on it or hurt it and it doesn't hurt or anything, but 3 years after noticing it I went to the doctor, then the x-ray, and they said it was nothing.

just leave it alone brah, doctors can't do crap for you , i have like 7 broken fingers from bbal , and its still hurts me sometimes but w/e man up bro
Are you sure it's bone? Maybe it's a ganglion cyst. I had one on my wrist before and I thought it was a bone until I found out it was a cyst. I just left it alone and one day it popped on it's own back into my body and it's all good now.

You've had it for over a year, it hurts and it can interfere with simple tasks?
Seriously, stop listening to your parents' lapse of judgment on this and go see a doctor. Even if it ends up not being severe, knowing what it is might put your mind at ease.

I'm not very good at this whole uploading picture thing, but if you grab your middle finger and go all the way to the tip of where you finger ends. That's where it is. To you its like nothing there, But I feel a ball that hurts if moved
