This is my current setup:
1st job: Iron Body, Dark Sight (meteors/clown hats/clocks)
2nd job: Rage, Heal (for bosses like hmag/emp)
3rd job: Cross surge (duh), HS (for training), Arrow Platter (for first 2 stages of gollux and for dojo)
4th job: Rapid Fire, Cannon Bazooka (training), Final Cut (for hellux gem), Showdown (drop rate)

I personally like having Advanced Blessing for my 4th job skill... I suppose I prefer using Phantom's skills over the rest and Adv. Blessing gives quite a few nice buffs, including lowering MP requirements.

1st job : Haste, Iron Body, Dark Sight, Magic Guard
2nd job : Meso Guard, Hyper Body, Rage, Bless
3rd job : Holy Symbol, Cross Surge, Arrow Platter
4th job : Rapid Fire (bossing), Cannon Bazooka (mobbing), Sharp Eyes (if u dont want actives)
