How to build a cheap gaming computer?

Hi, I'm currently using a 5 yo computer and need a cheap gaming comp build preferably under 400 dollars cause my family can't afford anything that much higher and i want the most out of a pc so to cheap to buy a walmart one. I just need a a computer build that could play games like League of legends and call of duty and most mainstream games at a stable fps Thank you!
