Anyone else have their account frozen?
About two and a half weeks ago, I was on my account training on bearwolves in LHC, when suddenly, the game froze and then crashed to desktop.
I relaunched, entered my account info and then hit login. The screen froze for 3 seconds and came back, my password gone, and was as if I never hit login.
After doing some research, I found that other people have had the same thing happen to them, and that the problem has caused our accounts to be 'deleted or frozen' This problem hasnt been acknowledged by any tech support and it's quite frustrating knowing you have done nothing wrong and get denied access for almost 3 weeks, while dupers and other wrongdoers get off scot free.

Almost 3 weeks of no access to my main account. My 2nd account works fine however. Also, one of my guildies has the same thing to one of her accounts.
So what happened here? The LHC map wasnt glitched, no-one was using hacks (as far as I was aware).
Anyone in the same boat as me?

open MS with gamelauncher and you can see when you'll be unbanned.
hopefully it is just a month, got banned recently. I dont want it to be permanent
same here... getting my main account back this friday its almost been 1 month since the ban . but it sucked to start a new account .
Same thing happened to my Evan. It sucks.
No point making a ticket they just denied it and gave an auto response.
