Should I even bother?

This is as short as i could type, so bear with me.

Pre big bang, i bought nx cards, and merched up many expensive equips (that i crafted on my own with maker). Most notably, android equips, work gloves,daggers, and dhanjars. I bought mushies to sell them in. Lo and behold, we had an unscheduled server maintenance,and upon logging in, every item in my mushies were gone. I would have considered it a hacking, except, i still had all my mesos

Shortly after this, we had lionheart castle released, and they had that contest where you make a video of your expedition. My friends and I , won the competition, but most of us did not get our prizes. I sent ticket in asking just what was going on, and it was flat out deleted within 2 weeks.

Third time,around chaos patch,I got into selling daggers that i would make from scratch,buying nx to cube them with(if they were scrolled well and 3lined).I had billions of mesos of daggers for sale at any point in time, and if i did not,I was busy killing bosses for more materials. Lo and behold, as i was browsing fm after securing an awesome fm door spot, all of scania crashes less than an hour later. Again, I lost all my merchandise. mesos untouched.

The fourth time around,I was determined to make all i had lost back. I crafted, and forged my ass off, until i had around 6bil of equips, one final time. As you are probably expecting,maintenance and wipe right? Not quite. I sold everything off that time However, one random night when i left an equip up in my permit,we had another emergency maintenance, and I lost a majority of my equips, yet again.... >.< mesos untouched.

After the 3rd time, i quit merching, and immersed myself in pvp.Shortly after they removed pvp, i quit the game, for about a year give or take, and came back 2 months ago, to find my tickets not only not answered, but some of them flat out deleted from the database. Now, in the ones that got deleted, i detailed the time, date, and said that my items were missing from my hired merchant. I tried resubmitting,and seeing if they would get deleted, this time, not including that they were missing from a hired merchant, and they got either closed, or branded with fraud.A friend of mine submitted a ticket after she got hacked,and it was answered within a week, and she got compensated. Yet, i get ignored and called a liar. I went and looked at how much nx I had spent since i joined, and the amount was 1.6m nx.1.6mil,and not one answer. Most of it went to cubes as well...

Should i resubmit my tickets? If so, how do i word them so that they will stop deleting them or ignoring them? I never used profanity or anything like that in my tickets, so i dont understand why i cant get a straight answer. Should i submit them all separately, or all in one?

Also, the von leon thing.....never got email notification or anything
