A few Questions
Well i just have a few questions for basilers:
1) During the Black Friday Sale, if cash shop items such as the Transparent Hat have 20% due to the black friday sale, does that mean we're able to purchase the permanaent item for 40% off [Due to the 20% of all permanaent items].
2) What's the price of the 50% 2-handed scrolls for your server?
3) What is the price of the Stirgeman Pants [lvl20] ?

No one knows if the permanent items will be on sale, and if the discounts will "stack".
You just have to wait until the sale starts and go look at the price.
