"Almost all soloq games are decided early if many kills happen early on," not, "games are decided before 10 minutes" (Bronze 5 reading skills BTW). If you think that coming back against something like a 2-0, 30 cs ahead fizz, a 2-0 caitlyn + leona botlane, and a lost dragon, 10 minutes in is something that is likely to happen, you are beyond idiotic. He says GG in these situations, not if his team is one kill behind at the 10 minute mark.
