It'd be cheaper to buy one than to make one. That's pretty much all I can say cause I'm not quite aware of Bera prices.
In Kradia, Dragon Spirits and Scales are worth about 3mil each. You need 20 Spirits and 20 Scales. So that'd be like 60mil + 60mil = 120mil. You also need 32 AMC 1s and about 5 Adamantium Plates. That's already like 150-160mil. So no, it's not worth makering. It's cheaper to buy it from shops that sell HT drops. At most they sell 'em for like 10-15mil depending on stats.
The same goes for other dragon equipment as well.
