Dual Blade mastery books?
so i've made a dual blade not too long ago, and noticed that the skills:
slash storm
flying assaulter
and mirror image
all still require a mastery book. i've searched the cash shop, and couldnt find any of them.
i also tried the mastery book merchant, finding that his 20's also wouldnt work on those skills
so basically, is there a way to max out those skills?
