Try to DIPQ or if you get tired of that you can also mp3. With 3b and the anniversary shop you have more than enough to get some decent dmg to handle mobs on your own. Once you get to 165 go SH if you can find a party within the leech level range and that are...responsive to say the least lol
Solo Dimensional Invasion PQ. If you have 3 bil of funds, you should have no problem doing that. Also do Cygnus Stronghold if you can find a good party.

OT: get to 165 in DI 161-165 during 2x event should take like.. 1-2 hrs, 165 -200 at sdh getting leeched most likely (so depends on atkers)
