I haven't played in a while and it seems that the Interdimensional Portal no longer goes NLC. What's the quickest way there and back to Victoria

spread your wings and fly
or if you haven't done the friendstory pre-quest (which takes like 3mins), you can buy hene scrolls and use them in ra (root abyss)
Wow~, there's a name I haven't seen in ages. Lol.
NLC is definitely still accessible from the door though. Fastest way back would be to use Friendstory. Gets you to Hene.
its still there for me :o but the quickest way back is to go to frendstory closet house (also by using the dimensional portal) and when your exit closet house your in henesys
