Where's the most optimal spots these days for 120-200?
What classes are the fastest levellers these days?

What are starforce Skeles ?
no prequests for horntail anymore. Starforce well think of it as enhancement(the stars) some area mobs got powered up and give up more exp but have more hp however you need a certain amount of stars on your equipment to be able to damage mobs there. So in this case skeles with more exp then the old skele mobs

150-160 starforce skele
160-200 sdh
Never tried Starforce Skele but DIPQ is pretty good from 140-165. You can know all 25 levels out with 20 runs during a 2x event. Do 10 DIPQ tomorrow during 2x and 10 on Sunday's 2x.

Seeing as you're an Aran, you could probably hit the whole KD4 map with Tempest.

Pretty much what @wanker said.
With your second question. Any class that has a decent mobbing ability can level up quickly as long as they have a Kanna (for kishin) and Bishop/Phantom (for Holy Symbol)

@Traitor
"Once you hit 165, the most optimal spots are at stronghold. In some cases you can do Twilight Perion but the map is huge.

Best maps at strong hold are First and Second Drill Hall, Armory 2, and Knight's District 4. This depends on your party layout.

If you can 1 hit, best classes are Demon Slayer [Demon Cry gives +20% exp boost and you can spam it if you buy potion pot from cs] and can hit pretty much the whole map, Lumi for obvious reasons, Bishop [Hyper gives +20%, and additional 10% from blessed ensemble for each bishop in party for a max of 30% and 3bishops], Night Lords because showdown adds 20% exp as well I believe.

Getting to 250 is rough."
