Got my cast wet
I just had surgery on my right wedding finger and while i was taking a shower i got my cast wet a little. The cast goes to my hand to my forearm. the forearm part got wet the most. Should i get it recasted?

broken finger but they casted it my forearm. The whole cast got wet but the bottom of my forearm got wet and it got soft. the finger is okay i think

I was thinking that he meant wedding hand, as in he was getting married soon, and he couldn't have his hand unhealed.
@sevenxxx: How wet is it? I'd have it recasted if it was me. Casts are stiff and hard for a reason - they support/keep in place whatever it is that's broken. A soften cast serves no purpose. Plus, I've found that casts that got wet and have been left to dry on its own tend to have a bad smell. You don't want mold growing in your cast would you? </3

wrong section, but if it made the cast too wide then normal or something, you should.
