@BBD: I was a shad, but maybe it's because I passed 120? I just leveled all the way to 200 before asking for the skill books.

No one has.
You should get your 1st job advancement first. Otherwise you lose a lot of skill points.

Note tell us what job you were....
As for me, I played CK, Pirate, Dit, Evan.
CK once you get the job you can go straight to level 120 and then get all the jobs.
Dit get the job from the job teacher, go to cody go to 120 and get all the job skills and books once you hit 120. (Note you will be missing 6 SP when doing this.)
Pirate get the job from the Queen Pirate and talk to Cody to get to 120. You will get all the jobs and everything, BUT NO SKILL BOOKS!
[*] it seems no pirates are getting skill books.
Evan no job advancements BUT no Skill books from Cody.
I have to go and try again with Skill books.
It seems you need LOTS of USE slots.
On my Dit I was getting the books, but once I bought potions I stop getting books I drop 2 sets of potions and I started getting books again.
Ok I have to warn you.. well maybe I don't because I did something really stupid.. I got to lvl 200 and I was trying to get mastery books from Cody but he said I wasn't 4th job yet so I clicked the "advanced to 4th job" again and it reset all my skills and only gave me like 120 points. Now I don't have enough skill points for 3rd and 4th job...and I'm lvl 200. I have to make another one now, ugh. I think I'll just quit until the lag is fixed.
