Well I got hacked
This isn't a complaint thread so please don't completely ignore this thread before hearing me out. I found out today that my account got hacked. I tried logging in with my usual password and it didn't work, so I tried all the other possibilities, and none of them worked. I went into the rankings and looked at all my characters and found that most have been leveled, given empress gear or specs/stormcaster gloves. (see why im not complaining?) I tried resetting my password and that didn't do anything... I was wondering what I could do to reclaim my account since resetting my password doesn't seem to work. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

@iceychill2 ive tried that multiple times but to no avail. i sent a ticket and got a response within seconds requesting me to add all my account information, so i gave them that, and now i am waiting for a response to see if i can reclaim my account.
@ShadowAce78: ? uhh well you already have your username right? so you click on the little question mark next to the password field, and follow the instructions from there... it seems like a pretty simple attempt at solving the problem lol so i wouldve assumed that you tried it already. just wanted to know how what happened when you tried it

@ShadowAce78: yeah, that's an unfortunate situation. so you can't click "Forgot my password" and try to get your account back?

@dayservant i couldnt care less if he did none of the stuff is mine anymore so i have no attachment to the stuff
