Best place to get boxes?
Since evo world has been confirmed not to drop boxes, i was wondering where a good place with decent spawn is for higher levels (lv 100+)

Anyone know if the monsters have to be within 11-21 levels from your level to drop the boxes? As in a level 150 can't go to vending machines?
