So about the chairs
Hiya!
Let's put this situation:
You people love chairs. You can't live without them, they're your life. But you're poor and can't buy them, so you get every chair you can in events. Oh wonderful! you say, when you see that there are two free chairs in this event. You start gathering coins to get them, and you finally ger 30 coins, and buy the first chair. You're so excited you can't breathe. Now, you start getting more coins for the second chair, but now, you have done all the easy quest, and you don't know what to do. You're high lvl, so leveling isn't an option. What options do you have? You NEED to get that chair before the event ends, but all the quests give you 1 coin, are take alot of time. After taking hours thinking, a radio apears over your head and you remember: Pink Zak gives 15 coins each run! That's my way. But sadly, every time you entered, you get dced. Doesn't matter what you do. As soon as zak appear, your screen freezes and after waiting for 15mins you are forced to close maple. Pink Zak isn't an option.
What will you do next? Giving up isn't an option.

Does the level influence the drop of monsters? because I was in CDs, where the spawn rate is really good, and got no mysterious artifact in 30 minutes.
Where should a lv 15x do it?

It's physically impossible to do that. You gain points by picking up mysterious artifacts.
Artifact hunt. Eight coins per mystic artifact (not to be confused with the mere mysterious artifacts that you pick up for points).
