Get them as soon as you can. More and more people are going to hear about this and increase their prices.
@fradddd: Right now, I'd say the price to get them at is 2 - 4 million mesos each in Scania. As time wears on and we get closer to the RED update and people start hearing about the RED scrolls more and more, they're going to jack up the prices at least a few more mil. Scour the FM if you want to be sure of what gives you the most bang for your buck.
Hurrah! Unfortunately RED tickets will be expensive though.

Yes! and they're only 33 coins. I was expecting them to cost a lot more with how many RED tickets they've been throwing at us. Can't wait now.

Yea at this point I am not going to get myself excited because I have this feeling that that scroll is only 50% +6 ATT scrolls no boom not +8 ATT.
