So I just purchased Pokemon Alpha Sapphire today along with SSB4 and a new 3ds XL anyways im looking for friends to play with I havent played pokemon since Pokemon SoulSilver and I need tips on team building my Friend Code is 3540-1588-3462

just google whats the best protein, iron, or whatever for your pokemon
maxing out for instance protein (gives you attack) is better for pokemons that you want to use as glasscannon/physical attack
the earlier you use those things the better
