Placement will 90% of the time place you in a tier lower than you were in before the soft reset. That's why so many challenger/masters are now in like plat 1 or diamond 5. Even if you win all of your games, you might still be placed in bronze based on your previous mmr. It's alright that you lost some games, and it's ok if you are placed in bronze. You can easily climb out into silver since you are at that skill level. Where you are placed might be based on luck/those 10 games, but where you will end up eventually is based on your skill. Use those 5 games as motivation to further incentivize yourself to play with the utmost focus and really play your best. You shouldn't blame your teammates for all of your games, but you certainly can blame teammates for a few games that are "unwinnable."

If you know you're good but you dropped all your games because trolls then it shouldn't be too hard to carry yourself out of bronze. Best advice I can give you to help you focus on your gameplay is literally mute everyone. Teammates too if they start taunting enemy team or flaming you/teammate. You don't need that negativity bringing you down.

Also I do not recommend maining support unless you have a duo to practice with. Supporting will not guarantee a win for your game especially since it's your first season your mmr will start from mid bronze- low silver.

Select a main champion for each role, for example this is mine :
Top : Renekton
Mid : Zed
ADC : Lucian
Support : Thresh
Jungle : Vi
