Is there a problem with Slash Storm's animation? i got accused of being a hacker 3 times in a span of an hour at CDs and does this happen to anybody else?

Is there a problem with Slash Storm's animation? i got accused of being a hacker 3 times in a span of an hour at CDs and does this happen to anybody else?

It lags on other people's screen and just shows your character move the distance without showing the animation every time.
