One of the possibilities behind the Black Mages masterplan

Just wanted to submit a theory I had in my head for a while. You may suspect it's merely Black Wings's propaganda, dw it's not.
Here we go:

What pushed the White Mage to research the ultimate Light in the first place? The world being a [url=http://i.ytimg.com/vi/wqaQsA3t0Aw/maxresdefault.jpg]crappy[/url] place.
When he discovered that there wasn't an Ultimate Light, he was right. There wasn't an Ultimate Light YET. There was need for an Ultimate Darkness for an Ultimate Light to be born.
The pitch is to force people to unify against him (or die). And what unification means? It means true friendship, true hope...nah that's bs, let's just say it means they won't smack each other now[url=http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/maplestory-vonleon_8084.png](Almost)[/url].
[header]What about the Five Heroes?[/header]
It's in the title. I mean...five?(We don't count furries) Only five guys/gals actually fought against the Black Mage so everyone else can run away? Yeah, that won't do the Ultimate Light. So we gonna seal them away to prevent everyone else from simply running away like a pus-AH DAM the Black Mage got sealed, wtf Luminous OP.
While people will eventually forget about the BM, at least they keep themself in check in the beginning for they remember that things can get real fast. So that was a partial success.

Well, so far, the Black Mage, if anything, has been powering up those who wish to take arms against him.
Big Bang made travelling easier for the explorers for exemple.
Talking about explorers, why would the Black Mage only put fire to Maple Island instead of destroying it and completely screw up the training for future explorers?
Because it would force its inhabitants to work together to rebuild it; it would force the Explorer Team to form [url=http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/2c/1d/fd/2c1dfdd947677cfb936e03d9631f196f.jpg]bonds[/url] and become OP till the nerf hammer drops.(Hey we're not controlling it)
And what about Root Abyss? Why not simply steal/seal Alice's power?To create a high level training base.
Zero, the whole Mirror World helped them to become stronger to become an useful asset for the Maple Alliance AND it served our agenda to further force people to unite against us, we're so good at [url=http://m.memegen.com/ghfibu.jpg]this[/url].
And the Awakening of Cygnus? It was caused by Demian to power up the Cygnus Knights because they were becoming useless (and stupid, hai lion kingerino).

Ok, maybe [i]we[/i] killed a few people, or many. And someone ended up non-existant(Not our fault tho, they're the ones who sealed the BM).
But they were necessary to force some arses to move,to seek help and unite! Like Grandis!
When we "killed" 2/3 of the Resistance Instructors (They'll probably survive it anyway), it was to force the focus on a new generation, an age of change so that we might actually finally create the Ultimate Light.

I could have sworn his master plan was to unify the 3 world guardians into himself in order to become basically a god?
Hence why the time guardian is locked in ice and the life guardian is slowly dying.
And scince the old maple alliance realised that was a terrible idea, they sent their 5 greatest fighters straight to the black mage to take him down.
But obviously, with him already containing the power of one of the guardians, he overwhelmed them and cursed each an every one of them to not wake up for as long as possible.
So in desperation they created a seal to hopefully bring peace back to the maple world for at least another 1,000 years so a stronger set of heroes could appear.
This seal however was nowhere near enough to hold him in and he started to break free, noticing that the seal was breaking the only hero with any energy left, luminous binded half his soul within himself, effectively halving his already reduced power and ensuring what was left of the seal could hold him in.
I would buy that he wanted unification of all the races of the maple world (Including those stuck up fairies who for some reason can't notice a pair of wings and a F***ing tail) but the issue is he continued after the maple alliance was started, indicating that he had been consumed by the darkness and needed to be stopped.
And that's how i see the story, a former follower of light with good intentions, consumed by power, evil and greed and a world changed forever around his actions.

What about a new Commander who would preach that lil' theory of mine and give a LGR as a PQ reward? The Black Mage final battle might end up like a "Yea u wer ebil but we gonna forgif u an be happy 4ever" or something cheesy. I should trust Nexon more with their Back Heaven so far tho.
