Whats a good Virus Protection? Both free and otherwise
I had ESET, but even though it was good it was also kinda pricey
I've considered Malwarebytes and Bitdefender.
The problem is I need a multi-system solution 3 comps, 2 for my parents who want a cheaper alt.
I'm not tech-savvy enough to know the differences in quality. BUT I DO KNOW THAT KASPERSKY SUCKSSSSSSS

There are steps you should do yourself in addition to using a anti-virus/anti-spyware. You should turn on auto system restore creation on a daily basis and enable "group policy rule" so that only the "properly install programs" can run on your computer. As recently I encountered a virus that was not detectable by the latest anti-virus/anti malware software and it was easily inflected by just clicking on a link. Ultimately I was saved by having a regular daily system restore point to restore back to, I then found out how to block any viruses from trying to inflect the computer from the browser (as in the group policy rule).
