I've been looking around the FM for a 6%int hat for far too long.. Nobody seems to sell it. How much does it cost in Windia anyways?

The other 6%int equips I bought earlier costed an average of 50m. Is that alright?
These are Broa prices, but if it's rare, then it's 50m~75m. If it's epic, then it's like 80m~120m.

I don't have any empress equips, so I won't aim for the set, I only need a %int stat on my hat. The more, the better. (only 70m in funding T_T)
