+2 all, 3 w/m.att, +100 w/m.def, +15 speed, +15 jump.

You get them at random from the regular artifacts It doesn't make sense, but somehow the 8artifact medal gives more range than the "Next Legend" medal

They mean the special artifacts of the 8 you randomly get from the drops.
