MapleStory vs. Smite on MMOBomb
I'm a bit surprised there's no sticky or much of any word about this at all here on Basil, but that's not the point. Maple is getting trounced in the current MMOBomb poll against SMITE right now for MMOBomb's Best F2P tournament. I was hoping Maple would at least put up a decent fight considering we beat TF2.

its more like te maple community being defeatist, when we won the last 3 round ppl were like omg we r da best now we are like dis game sux

That's why I made the thread. To get the word out to one of the biggest Maple outlets, but it would seem it's all for naught.
The Mabinogi players put up more of a fight, and they put up with more crap from Nexon too for those of you that keep whining about the game conditions.
There was 3 of these posts yesterday...I don't care if Smite is cheating or not because there is no way in hell I would ever consider voting for MapleStory. Period.
Why should I vote for a game that is run by hackers and greedy penguins who don't give a damn about their game.
Which ever game win gets a free promotion...why would I want new players be invited into a game full of hackers, scammers and a Pay2Win environment that is MapleStory. I would rather them play other games until "Nexon America" gets off their high horse and actually run a professional business like all businesses should be run.
@siyuan123 like they did with mabinogi, NEXON may grant maplestory with a special event like 2x, hot day, etc
for mabinogi we got 2x life skill training exp after beating Pirates101 [do people even play that? like for real] and this week Ragnarok Online was obviously cheating, but they may be disqualified and we'll be given 3x AP weekend <3

MMOBomb would likely look into any botting if it was reported to them. They did with the Mabinogi vs. Ragnarok, and all the botted votes were removed form the final count.
Anyway spread the word to everyone in-game that you can. There's still a chance if we keep trying.
