Level 120 Priest
A year ago I got to 120 on my priest and went to Job advance. I had to kill Manon, but the map was glitched or something and I couldn't get in. Anyways, then I quit shortly after and I never job advanced.
So I come back and I think I'm seeing that 4th job adv is now level 100? Is there any disadvantage to job advancing 20 levels after?
Also, I remember people were like "omg I need help killing Manon for 4th job! What do?"
Is that still the case?

Just far away backwards when I see it starting to charge the fire, I always stay in a position where I can get away from it, I mean I don't stay in a corner to fight it.

By out of the way, you mean behind it or just far away.
Yes for me the hardest one was the Griffon thing, I didn't know how to dodge its 1/1 attack (And I still don't know if you can dodge it.) but with that pot bellied Dragon thing it charges up its fire before doing its 1/1 attack so I just teleported out of the way.
Yeah I did it easily at level 100 with my Priest, just make sure to have a lot of potions.

That is no longer the case because of a skill change.
And there are no disadvantages that I know of.
