Lapis and Lazuli for 9th
Dear Basilmarket,
When will I be able to get the arcane umbra essence for upgrading Lapis Lazuli to 9th step? Or is it available already? I have tried to Google it, but looks like KMS content which hasn't reached GMS yet.

The shop that contain the Arcane Umbra Essence (20 coins) will be available in the part 4 (3? if you don't include the pre-update) of the V update, date is unknown, but most likely in January or February.
