It may not be physical avoidability, but I assume what you're looking for is a class that can survive, so look at this video.

I actually wish that stats like these actually mattered.
DualBlade hands down. Phantom, and Shadower would be a close second.

dual blade then shadower. cant say about night lords. my shadower at 206 with maple warrior had 8.8k avoid. my db with maple warrior and a 4% avoid nw card = 9.8k avoid

Hayato has a 65% avoid/guard rate.
Mostly Thief classes followed by Archer classes.
Lol I remember back when the DB revamp arrived, they were literally untouchable.
Phantom and Dual Blade.
Not that it helps much later on, but Thief classes.
