Alright, well. I own Biology in Zenith. It's a guild of about 50 members. I'm allied with 3 other guilds each with 37+ members.
My guild gave some donations for guild expansion. A particular person, AmbeeBanana, donated 13mil to the guild. I bumped her up to a Jr for it.
Over the next day or two I kept getting complaints in my shop from the guild vivid. She was harrassing the guild members and constantly trolling them.
This is behavior I do not want in my guild, so I expelled her. Later my friend added her back while I was sleeping saying that he would watch her
and see if we could remedy the situation. She instantly begins yelling at the alliance saying how stupid they are and once again trolling them. She even accuses me of "stealing" 13mil from her, since I expelled her from the guild. I, personally, don't believe this is stealing. She donated money. [b]DONATED.[/b] Then she made stupid decisions and got herself expelled. Do you think it's stealing?

This should be proof enough that the TS is guilty of scamming the hb pants. He has not replied once most likely because of khainiwest. Im sure he made this thread and was planning to discuss with the community about the topic.
How? The internet gives the person a sense of anonymity, letting them express themselves more easily because the usual 'risks' of expressing them in real life are removed. If people choose to respond or relate to it, well that's their choice.

Two things: One, most people who don't play this game consider ANYONE who plays it a 'nerd', which isn't even a bad term. It's meaning has been recycled in our society, one which is becoming more interactive with the internet. I mean, a good example of this is the debate right here! People are giving their honest opinion on the situation, and the internet is one of the best places to let out your thoughts, so I wouldn't write it off as 'fake' or 'just a game'. You invest your time in it, so in turn it becomes important.
Secondly, OP hasn't posted once. Which I find a little strange.

I remember a thread about his main, PeddyTeddy, scamming HB pants from someone.
We need to hear both sides of the story.
It's stealing since you dont have a contract saying 'trolling' will get you expelled from the guild. So if she'd be sueing you, she'd say she thought trolling was allowed.

Well she did donated her mesos to a useful cause which is the guild's expansion in this situation. If she got expelled, well that is too bad on her part.

Well, this is sad of what she was doing because it was HER fault for what she did and she was being very immature with what she was doing. If you ever see someone trolling, use my "secret weapon" right here and it should help you from trolls or people who are trolling.

Don't worry about that girl, shes obviously not mature, and pretty dumb.
If you had let her in just to get the 13M, then dumped her for no reason, yeah, that'd be stealing.
But if she was really acting that rude, and you would have totally let her stay in if she had acted normal, then I don't think it's stealing at all.
It's like if you, say, drop $150 to go see a NFL game and then you get drunk and start throwing snowballs on the field and get tossed out of the stadium (they are STRICT about that). You can't ask for you $150 back- you acted like a jerk, so you forfeit that money.

she dontated because she wanted to. She cannot say such things because it would be in contrary with the things she said and did

A donation is a donation, but it also didn't give her any type of "authority" to up and do whatever she pleased. If she's to hard headed to understand her own actions then don't refund her money.
