What would be the best way to increase my damage withe 1b.?I'm currently using clean ra, clean emp cape and 17 art emp gloves, bounty legend acessories, 6% shoes shoulder and ring, 14 att solid gollux belt, and a 169 attack fafnir knuckle.

If you can, do gollux and earn reinforced ring+earring and then get belt+pendant. belt+pendant shouldn't be more than 150mil max (atleast for bellonova) and then get tyrant altair cape (shouldn't be more than 900mil or 850mil here in bellonova, should be less for you since you're in Scania).
I'd suggest buying a pirate tyrant cape.
