Not receiving Nexon emails
For some reason when i tried to log into my main yesterday it said the password was wrong even though im sure it was right, either way i tried reseting my password but i never get the email (using hotmail) im sure the email is correct because there are other emails from a while ago from nexon in my inbox. Problem is i tried this with various hotmail accounts and i just dont get the emails. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it pleas help please please please

It sounds like your email might have been changed by someone who got their hands on your Nexon login info and your email login info. You should contact their customersupport email immediately using the one you use to log in, describing the situation. If you don't get a reply by the time live chat is functioning again, open up a live chat under the appropriate section.
Id email customer support then, they usually respond quite fast now.

Be sure to include the game title in the subject line, as well as the following information in the body of the email: Character name, server name, account name, description of problem, OS version. We'll get back to you ASAP!
