How do you use stolen skills?
So i started playing a phanton yesterday and am really enjoying i quickly got to lvl 55 and wanted to steal some skills so i went out and stole HB, rage, Heal and meso guard, i can see them in the loadout, but i have no idea how to use them, a message saying you may not use this skill yet appears, can someone please explain to me how to use them please,

You need to hotkey impeccable memory.
You need to wait 30 seconds after putting the skill in to use it.
