Guess the Mob/NPC. -Riddles

So since i'm bored a lot I was wondering if anyone felt like doing a small riddle game where you guess what mob/NPC I am talking about.

[b]Rules:[/b] You're allowed to take a guess once every 5 comments.
Example: You -> Someone else -> Someone else -> Someone else -> Someone else -> Someone else -> You.
(Yes, some people actually need to have it spelled out like that.)

Once someone guessed it i'll add the person to the list + what the mob/NPC was.

[b]Riddle one:[/b]
Nobody really pays attention to us yellow beings, and that's fine with me. But one time in history everyone came
to have a look at us and see. Why? Because there was a glitch and with that we could have ruled everything you know!
But people liked us to much for the experience because training else where was way to slow. They kept on killing us till
their hands were sore.. but no matter how few of us are left. We will always be evil to the core!

[b]Riddle two:[/b]
I'm weak now but I used to be strong. Before, people tried to find me but got lost after not to long.
Some gave up and went back outside while others kept looking and found where I hide.
With panthers around in this hidden spot, I guard someone even stronger than me with all that i've got.

Hint: The panther part is not as obvious as you might think.
