Need some help, might get hacked?

Hey guys~

So in Google, I'd searched up "Maplestory Mercedes Quest Line" because I wanted to know some information about the quest line, and a few links appeared under Basil. I clicked one of the links, literally called "Mercedes Quest Line", but when it opened it brought me to the main basil site, instead of a thread about the actual quest line.

I know it's stupid of me to open links by random or etc...so yeah.

I was wondering - since some basil links posted by others can lead to hacks and viruses - that I might've gotten a bad link? Or am I just being super paranoid?
Some opinions would be nice Thanks~
