Ive gotten hacked for the first time
And I'm not here to complain. The only thing I want to ask the basil community is what else I could do now since I have been hacked.
I have changed my password, my password to my email, soon to change my PIC and sent a ticket to nexon, knowing that they won't do much about it.
Other than the things I have listed, I just want to ask what else I could do now to decrease my chances of not being hacked again.
IF anyone wants to know what i've lost, it'll be listed below.
25 str 3 dex unhammered or enchanted Red Belly Duke with pot of 5 str and some def
A cape(can't remember the name of it XDD) 6 str hammered twice 2 slot left with pot of 8 str
30 day Black scooter which i have gotten from the hot time event before
about 250million mesos which i had in bank
1 potential scroll
5 miracle cube fragments, from which I assumed which they used it to get a potential scroll
a friends miracle chaos scroll D:
Evolving Ring I level 15
Olivia Chair and witch chair
and a maple hat level 70
Those are the only items from which I remember I had from which had been stolen from me.

may I ask how many digits is your password and your pic?
Hacking prevention isn't as simple as making a more difficult password... you need to be more cautious what you do... I've heard, there are now hackers that work by dropping items... Just, be, very, cautious.

You need to submit a ticket and don't lie. I got it in 7 months

I received a compensation package from Nexon. Use it on your highest leveled character. You get a few good equips and 30k nx

ive been seeing alot of threads of being hack n so on. Is there like leak in maplestory data base or something?
Sorry to hear that. I've never been hacked before (knock on wood), so I really don't know what advice to give. However, I would suggest not using those Item S-megas.
Not assuming you use them, but I just wanted to put it out there. I feel like it does increase hack risks. =/
